1. What is BharatLoco?

BharatLoco is an online platform dedicated to Indian rail simulation enthusiasts. We connect creators and vendors with customers who are looking for high-quality digital content like Routes, Scenarios, Repaints, and Sounds for train simulation games such as “Train Simulator Classic.”


2. How do I create an account on BharatLoco?

To create an account, click on the “Sign Up” button at the top of the page. You’ll need to provide your email address, choose a password, and follow the instructions sent to your email for verification.


3. How can I contact BharatLoco Support?

You can reach our support team by submitting a support request through our Support Form, or by emailing us at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours.


4. What types of products are sold on BharatLoco?

BharatLoco offers a variety of digital products, including:

  • Routes: Custom rail routes for train simulators.
  • Scenarios: Mission or journey settings for train simulation.
  • Repaints: Visual modifications or repaints of trains.
  • Sounds: Custom sounds for rail experiences.

5. Is the content on BharatLoco compatible with my train simulation game?

The content available on BharatLoco is primarily designed for Train Simulator Classic. Please check the product description to ensure compatibility before purchasing.


6. How do I update my personal information?

You can update your personal information, such as your name, email, or password, by logging into your account and navigating to the “Account Settings” section.


7. Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your account by contacting us through our support email [email protected]. Upon cancellation, any personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


For Customers

8. How do I purchase a product?

To purchase a product:

  • Browse the marketplace and select the item you wish to purchase.
  • Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Complete your purchase using the available payment methods.

Once your payment is processed, you can download the product from the “My Account” section.


9. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets and online payment gateways. You will see the available options during checkout.


10. How do I download my purchased products?

After you complete your purchase, your product will be available for download in the “My Downloads” section of your account. Simply log in and download the files.


11. I’m having trouble downloading my product. What should I do?

If you’re having issues downloading a product, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the issue.


12. Can I request a refund?

Since BharatLoco sells digital products, all sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.


13. How do I track my order?

You can track your order status and download your purchases by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” section.


For Vendors

14. How do I become a vendor on BharatLoco?

To become a vendor:

  • Sign up for a vendor account through our Vendor Registration page.
  • Complete the verification process by submitting your government-issued documents.
  • Once approved, you can start listing your products in the marketplace.

15. What are the requirements to be a vendor?

To be a vendor on BharatLoco, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Submit valid government-issued identification for verification.
  • Own the rights to the content you sell or have permission to sell it.
  • Follow our Vendor/Creator Agreement.

16. How do I upload my products for sale?

Once your vendor account is approved:

  • Log in to your vendor dashboard.
  • Click “Add Product” and fill in the product details, including title, description, screenshots, and price.
  • Upload the digital files and submit the product for approval.

17. How do I get paid for my sales?

Vendors receive payments directly to their registered payment method (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.). Payments are processed on a schedule, and you can track your sales and payouts from the vendor dashboard.


18. How do I set the price for my products?

As a vendor, you have control over setting the prices for your products. You can update the price anytime through the vendor dashboard.


19. What happens if I delete my vendor account?

If you choose to delete your vendor account, all your government verification documents will be permanently deleted from BharatLoco’s servers. Only your personally identifiable information (PII) will be retained for documentation purposes, in compliance with our Vendor/Creator Agreement.


20. Can I contact customers directly?

Vendors are not allowed to contact customers directly outside of the BharatLoco platform. All communication must go through the BharatLoco messaging system to ensure customer privacy and compliance with our terms.


Security and Privacy

21. How is my data protected?

We take data security seriously at BharatLoco. All personal information is stored securely, and payments are processed through encrypted connections to ensure your information is safe. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.


22. What happens to my personal data when I close my account?

When you close your account, your personal data is deleted from our systems, except for necessary information we must retain for legal and documentation purposes. Government verification documents for vendors are fully deleted upon account closure.
